Our speaker, David Quinn, will set out a new model for Basic Income in Ireland based on the reform of existing taxes (income tax, USC and PRSI) and that can be used by analysts and individuals to calculate the impact of various policy options. David is a specialist in payroll PAYE employer services in Ireland. Adam Harrington will also present a new application he has developed for displaying the results of different Basic Income proposals
